What we are doing?

 I am going to be working in a GP practice on the outskirts of Brisbane called Thornlands medical centre. I will be working as a locum. To begin with I will be working full time but once I have settled in I wish to liaise with a local university and take the opportunity to teach medical students.

 I will be studying catering at the Southbank Institute of TAFE for 2 years to study commercial cookery. My course is split 50:50 classroom and industrial placement. I will also be hoping to do an no work on top of this
