This is the story of two guys….

Garry was 42 and worked in London in the City as an insurance broker.

Rob was 38 and worked as a GP in inner city London.

They worked hard and sometimes played hard and lived in a house in Manor Park.

Then one day they decided to change all that and moved to Brisbane. Now Rob and Garry are looking to be: BIGDOWNUNDER!

Our Mission Statement

 We have moved to Australia to take time out. We want to experience life somewhere else doing things in a different way. We want to live in a different culture and aim to look after our health at an age where potential serious threats to our health are just around the corner. We aim to become more active and take advantage of the opportunities around us to do so.
